Refund policy

At Jacs Melts it's very important to us that your customer experience is the best we can make it, we're convinced that you'll absolutely love our products, however if you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of making a purchase. Any refunds will be subject to the product being returned in a saleable condition with no signs of use or damage to the product or its packaging. If the product is returned not in its original packaging or is damaged in any way then we aren't obliged to refund you. 

Returns can be mailed to: 1 Washbrook close, Little Billing Northampton NN39AP. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged, then we may reject a refund. 

Proof of purchase 

To complete your refund, we require your order number or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the proof of purchase, we can not issue a refund.
